He was a Plenary Speaker for the Society for an Ecological Restoration Conference and presented at other Wildlife and Ecological Conferences. He has been invited to speak with wildlife agencies and groups such as the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, animal rehabilitation conferences, the Gopher Tortoise Council, citizen groups, Audubon Societies, Native Plant Societies, and Garden Clubs.

Experienced in National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Biological Evaluations. Specialties in longleaf pine restoration, ecological effects of fire and fire exclusion, forest management, Red-Cockaded Woodpecker management, and species restoration. Chuck has worked both within and outside the governmental system.
